ZFM-700B Automatic Case Making Machine (CCD) adopts new technologies and processes such as special paper feeder, high-precision camera for accurate positioning, robot for fast board feeding, special mechanical structure for folding edges, etc. It can automatically complete the processes of paper feeding and gluing, board feeding positioning, corner folding, four-side folding, automatic paper collection, etc. The machine adopts motion control system, with the maximum production speed of 40 pieces/minute and the minimum finished product size of 120mm×60mm, filling the market gap of small hardcover box making machines.

It uses three sets of Germany LEUZE photoelectric detecting systems which enables to control the positioning errorrange winthin 0.2mm, and adopts foursets japanese Panasonic servo motors which makes the maximum production speed 30 PCS/MIN The mechanical edge folding technology is to complete the four-side foldingin one plane, which reduces the scratches and make the product nice and artistic. Adopting removable stainless steel glue tank, this design is very user-friendly lt's extemely corvenient for operator to do deaning, and saves labor& time. Meanwhile, it's with thermal insulation layer, greatly reduce the energy consumption, and saves 60% more power compared with similar products.
