How do I choose the right box making machine?
Send us your box type, finished size range, materials, required processes and production target. HORDA will recommend a standalone machine, a machine combination or a connected production line.

What information is required for a quotation?
Please provide product samples or drawings, minimum and maximum sizes, greyboard thickness, covering materials, required output, working shifts, workshop space, voltage and destination country. Complete information helps us prepare a more accurate configuration and quotation.

Can HORDA test my samples and materials before I order?
Yes. Sample trials can be arranged for special materials, non-standard sizes, new box structures or strict tolerance requirements. Testing helps verify feeding, gluing, positioning, folding and finished-product quality.

What materials and glue can HORDA machines use?
The applicable materials depend on the machine model and production process. HORDA machines commonly process greyboard and covering paper, using animal glue for many applications, while cold glue may also be suitable for certain processes.

How long does production and delivery take?
Lead time depends on the machine type, configuration, customization requirements and order quantity. The confirmed delivery schedule is provided after the technical solution and order details are finalized.

Does HORDA provide installation and operator training?
Yes. HORDA can support site preparation, machine installation, calibration, material trials and production start-up. Training covers machine operation, changeover, troubleshooting, cleaning, lubrication and routine maintenance.

What warranty and after-sales support does HORDA provide?
HORDA machines include a one-year warranty under the agreed contract terms. Support includes remote diagnosis, online guidance, spare-parts supply, local-agent assistance and on-site service when required.
