The ZTC-700C/1000C/1350C automatic case lining and laminating machine applies inner paper to rigid box covers with automatic feeding, positioning and flattening.
The machine coordinates paper feeding, gluing, board feeding, correction, lamination, flattening and collection in one continuous process. Photoelectric detection and servo correction align the board with the glued lining paper, reducing reliance on manual placement and maintaining consistent lining quality.
A top-suction feeding structure lifts sheets from above to reduce dragging and surface contact, helping protect printed or finished materials from scratches. Available in three working formats, the series supports both standard and large-format cases while retaining the same automated production workflow.
Selected control, drive, material-handling and pneumatic components support accurate positioning and stable production.
