Wenzhou and Hefei Printing Associations Sign Agreement
Representatives of the Wenzhou Printing Industry Association and the Hefei Printing Association met at Zhejiang Horda Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. in Wenzhou on May 26, 2026. The two associations exchanged views on industry development and member services before signing a cooperation agreement for regular cross-regional collaboration.

Industry Exchange at Horda
The meeting was held in Horda's conference room. Participants included Sun Guojin, President of the Wenzhou Printing Industry Association; Xue Yongchuan, President of the Hefei Printing Association; representatives from both association secretariats; Horda Chairman Huang Zhigang; and representatives of member companies.
Huang welcomed the Hefei delegation and noted the long-standing links between Horda and printing companies in Hefei. Several participants were existing Horda customers and business partners. He expressed the hope that the meeting would create more opportunities for cooperation and support the practical application of new printing and post-press equipment technologies.
Horda is a vice-president member company of the Wenzhou Printing Industry Association and focuses on the development and manufacture of post-press equipment. The company has contributed to drafting the Chinese industry standard for fully automatic case making machines. Horda holds more than 80 invention and utility-model patents and serves more than 5,000 customers in over 50 countries and regions.
Shared Industry Priorities
Sun introduced the structure of Wenzhou's printing industry and the association's daily work. Data shared at the meeting showed that Wenzhou has 3,024 printing-related enterprises, including printing machinery manufacturers, with annual industrial output exceeding RMB 60 billion and a workforce of more than 100,000 people.
The discussion also addressed environmental requirements, rising labor costs and digital transformation. Representatives compared approaches to association management, industry self-regulation, member services, exhibitions and sustainable operations.
Xue outlined the development characteristics of Hefei's printing sector and shared the Hefei association's experience in serving member companies. The open discussion allowed representatives from both regions to compare current challenges and identify areas where information and resources could be shared.

A Formal Cooperation Agreement
After the discussion, Sun Guojin and Xue Yongchuan signed a cooperation agreement on behalf of their respective associations. The agreement establishes a regular reciprocal-visit mechanism and identifies technical exchange, market development and talent development as key areas for future cooperation.
The framework is intended to make communication between the two associations more consistent and to create practical opportunities for member companies to exchange experience, explore markets and respond to changes across the printing industry.

Long-Term Industry Connections
For Horda, hosting the meeting created a direct channel for dialogue with printing associations and member companies from two important regional markets. These exchanges help equipment manufacturers better understand changes in production workflows, labor requirements, quality control and automation needs.
Horda will continue to engage with printing and packaging companies, industry associations and manufacturing partners to support the development and practical use of efficient post-press production solutions.
