The DFM-1000B collapsible box cover and wings making machine integrates cover making, wing forming and inner paper lining for high-end small-batch production.
Designed for customized orders and frequent specification changes, it combines three normally separate processes within one coordinated production line. Once specifications have been preset, changeover can be completed within 10 minutes, allowing efficient transitions between different box sizes and order requirements.
A 23-servo control system coordinates dual manipulators and visual positioning to maintain accurate alignment and stable material transfer throughout production. HORDA’s self-developed suction structure accommodates a broad range of paper and board materials, supporting flexible production for varied collapsible and flat-pack rigid box formats.
