The ZFM-700D automatic round-corner hardcover case machine produces round- and straight-corner covers for books, rigid boxes and premium packaging.
Its upper-suction feeding and multi-station folding systems keep materials moving smoothly through the production process. The dedicated corner-wrapping mechanism forms compact edges with a clean finish and can be adjusted for either rounded or straight-corner production.
Motion control synchronizes the servo-driven stations for stable paper feeding, board positioning and folding. A compact footprint and touchscreen fault display also make the machine easier to install, operate and troubleshoot in daily production.
