The ZYP-700 flattening machine provides continuous roller pressing for laminated paperboard, hardcover cases and rigid box components after gluing or lining.
Materials pass through three roller sets that apply repeated and evenly distributed pressure across the surface. This improves contact between bonded layers, helps reduce trapped air, edge lifting and local unevenness, and prepares each workpiece for subsequent folding, trimming, assembly or collection.
With a 700 mm working width and a flattening speed of up to 35 m/min, the ZYP-700 supports efficient processing of both continuous and batch-fed workpieces. Its straight-through feed-table layout allows it to operate as a standalone finishing unit or be positioned after case lining, inner paper laminating and cover-making equipment.
The machine can be used for rigid boxes, hardcover products, folders, calendar covers and other bonded paperboard structures where improved flatness and consistent surface presentation are required.
